The mission of forming an adult division in the northern border of Kuala Lumpur.

1. To gather the cadet members that graduated from their secondary school at northern border who would like to continue the spirit to serve St. John Ambulance.
2. To train adult members in various aspect of first aid skill, leadership and training skill in order to assist regional headquarters in various training programs.
3. To have a recruitment drive for adult members in order to let cadet members know more about adult division, benefits joining adult division.
4. To spread news from regional headquarters to cadet divisions at northern borders, to reduce the gap between regional headquarters and divisions at northern border.

在吉隆坡北区边界成立成人组的使命。

1. 为了召集已从中学毕业但还想继续为圣约翰救伤队服务的精神的少年组成员。
2. 为了培训成人组成员在各方面的急救能力、领导能力以及培训能力，为了日后可协助地区总 部各种的培练课程。
3. 成人组成员更方便让少年组成员更加了解成人组以及加入成人组的好处。
4. 为了传播从地区总部得到的消息至在北区边界的少年组的成员，缩小地区总部和地区边界的分队之间的距离。
